Transformational Mentoring Programs
Overview
As you begin your transformation journey, you may find that real-time urgencies cause you to stray from your path. Others find that they need advice along the way, so as not to lose momentum on their journey. I offer 6-month and 12-month Transformation Mentoring Programs, which include a range of services such as conversations, check-ins, retreats, group sessions, referrals, and weekly calls to discuss your progress and ensure accountability on all aspects of your Personalized Transformation Action Plan. To ensure success with your transition, consider mentoring to help you plan and make professional moves that will increase your family's income; change family habits to keep your family thriving and healthy; and ensure that you are taking care of yourself appropriately. If you know that you will benefit from having an accountability partner to push you to be your best, who can help get your finances in order, and provide advice on how to handle those delicate parenting issues that arise, this is the program for you!
6-Month Mentoring Program
This 6-month program includes:
- Weekly mentoring sessions
- Develop your Transformation Plan and schedule
- Accountability checks for reaching task milestones
- Free attendance to any (T.D. Jenkins) Summits within the mentoring timeframe
- (Non-financial) Assistance with securing career training (including education/career training funding, technical training opportunities)
- Career counseling
- Resume Building and Interview Preparation
- Financial counseling and household budget assistance
- Parent mentoring
- Self-care mentoring
- Self-esteem building
12-Month Mentoring Program
The 12-Month Program provides more comprehensive support, ensuring the success of its participants. This program includes:
- Weekly 1-on-1 mentoring sessions
- Develop your Transformation Plan and schedule
- Accountability checks for reaching task milestones
- Free attendance to all (T.D. Jenkins) Summits and Events within the mentoring timeframe

T.D. Jenkins helped me realize that I needed to take action to better meet my family's needs. When she stepped in to mentor me, I didn’t know that I needed it. As a college graduate, I was working in the field that I chose as my major. Tonja and I reviewed my income versus commitments and determined that, in order for me to meet my financial goals, I needed to find employment that pays more. While my current job was fulfilling, I wasn’t earning enough to cover my bills and expenses, and I needed help to make ends meet each month. With her assistance, I secured a 3-year training program in a different field, which doubled my income within two years. She checked on my progress throughout the entire process, having progress talks and motivating me to keep pushing – even when I wanted to give up. Now, I've just closed on my first home, and I am living a comfortable life, taking care of myself and my loved ones. Her mentoring pushed me out of my comfort zone and into a better life for me and my family.
